During my free time, I enjoy swimming, reading, listening to music, playing the Tabla and watching movies of all genres. I am extremely passionate about cooking and baking and thoroughly relish preparing elaborate meals for my friends. Having lived in California for five years, I moved to Philadelphia in early 2020. Even though I loved spending time on the beach, I am now discovering the numerous trails the northeast has to offer with my dog, Pluto.

I graduated from the State University of New York at Plattsburgh Campus with a B.S in Biochemistry. Soon after, I pursued a masters degree in Pharmaceutical Sciences from the Albany College of Health Sciences. I was a gifted student and have won numerous medals and merits throughout my academic career. Currently, I am a Senior Manager in the Companion Diagnostics Oncology group at GlaxoSmithKline. My parents live in Kanpur, India, and I am their only child. My father retired after serving as a Senior Officer in PWD and my mother, now also retired, was the head of the Department of Chemistry at Kanpur University. My family truly values the importance of education and as a result, my family members are all highly educated with extremely successful careers.
