I am working as an Assistant professor at National Institute of Technology, Rourkela, Orissa. It is an institution of national importance under government of India. I graduated with a PhD degree (from IIT Bombay) in Chemical engineering in Mar, 2020. I have worked in US and Canada for about 2.5 years at different research positions.

I am very much invested in taking care of my health as a person. I take care of what I eat and exercise quite a bit everyday. I like learning new things, am learning piano at the moment, have learned to speak Spanish among other things in the past. Also, I like to pursue knowledge and experience in a variety of things. I love stand up comedy, movies and music as well.

Regarding my family background, both of my parents are doctors and I have two brothers and both of them are engineers, working as faculty in educational training insitutes.
