I would describe myself as a very cheerful and amicable person who always stays positive and loves cracking jokes all the time. Friends often say that my optimistic nature is contagious and reach out to me to lighten up their mood whenever they are stressed out. I consider myself a perfect blend of modern and traditional values. Inside my heart, I am still a boy who had a humble beginning and laid great emphasis on family, friends, and motivating others to bring out the best in them.

I am an ambitious person and believe in working toward my dreams with dedication. But I feel that all the achievements are meaningless if you are arrogant and rude to others. I work hard for my goals but also make sure that I take out time to enjoy my life. As they say, "Enjoy the little things in life, because one day you will look back and realize they were the big things."

Love to travel. Have been to almost every corner of India. Traveled all over USA, South America,... more and Europe. Love trekking, hiking, and other outdoor activities. Since childhood, I have been very passionate for sports. Played several sports for my school. An avid gymmer and a fitness enthusiast. Finished 2 Ironman 70.3 triathlons in the States.

Love to hangout with friends on the weekends and like to dress-up well for the social gatherings. Love binge watching movies and trying new cuisines. I truly believe in leading a balanced life. I work hard in office, work out, travel, give time to family and friends, party hard, watch movies, groom myself, & read books.

I spent my childhood in a town located near Nainital. Went to DPS RK Puram for higher schooling after which I graduated from IIT Delhi (Indian Institute of Technology, Delhi) in Mechanical Engg. I finished my MBA in finance (and strategy) from Michigan Ross School of Business.

I joined Citibank, New York (full-time) in Aug 2017. Currently working as Senior Vice President on H1B visa and the Green Card has been filed. I had other job offers from Goldman Sachs (M&A), Credit Suisse (M&A) as well as Amazon but, I opted for Citi owing to my passion for Corporate Finance. I love learning about the blockchain technology as well as machine learning.

Family:

My dad retired as the CMS (Chief Medical Superintendent), Class I or Group A gazetted officer in January 2015 and started working as a consultant for the U.P. Government. Dad did his MBBS from KGMC (King George's Medical College), Lucknow, one of the most reputed medical colleges in India.

My mom was a school Principal long time back and opted for an early retirement.

Sister graduated from NIT, Trichy and then went on to pursue her Masters from MIT (Massachusetts Institute of Technology), USA and is now working as a Senior Program Manager for Tesla in the Bay Area (California).
