I completed my Bachelor of Engineering (Computer Science) from NTU Singapore and have been staying independently in the same country for the past 14 years. I work in a multinational company and am focused on my career but make it a point to give equal attention to my family as well. Independent and determined, I have always been keen on achieving my goals in life. Being well-organised is in my nature.

I would describe myself as fun-loving, kind and caring with a happy disposition. Living a positive life is my mantra. I tend to enjoy every small moment to the fullest but never back my step from responsibilities. I have been brought up in an open-minded environment but imbibed values that make me have strong notions of right and wrong.

Furthermore, I practise yoga and go for walks and try to eat healthy food at home. I am also a foodie, and enjoy different cuisines. Dancing on occasions brings me sheer joy. Creativity is something natural in me. I like watching... more movies across various genres and listening to old Bollywood and Punjabi music and Ghazals at my leisure. I love cooking, especially North Indian food and do cook up a lavish spread occasionally. I am passionate about travelling to different countries, and exploring their cultures, food and history - this has also given me wide-ranging experiences and the ability to deal with varied circumstances. While on my travels, I enjoy visiting scenic places, museums, landmarks and galleries, shopping and trying different cuisines. I also like reading about global events, geopolitics and world history.

Ours is a close-knit family. My father is working as a General Manager with NTPC Limited and my mother is a Computer Science Teacher. I share a close bond with them as they are very much supportive. I have a younger sister who is doing her post-graduation (MSc Economics) from the London School of Economics. I had a very close bond with my late grandfather, who imbibed strong values and beliefs in me, being my biggest supporter in life and work. I seek my grandfather’s heavenly blessings before I start anything new. Our family gets together during festivals like Diwali, Bhaidooj and other important occasions.
